Last week, the federal government announced three judicial appointments.

Sandra Wilkinson, who lives in Vancouver and had been senior legal counsel with the BC attorney general, was appointed as a judge to the BC supreme court.

Andrew D. Little, was a partner with the Toronto-based law firm Bennett Jones. He was appointed a judge of the Federal Court. He’s also a judge ex-officio of the Federal Court of Appeal. He also donated $500 to the federal Liberal party in 2011 and $250 to the Mount Royal Federal Liberal Association in the same year.

René LeBlanc, who had been serving as a judge on the Federal Court since 2014, was appointed to the Federal Court of Appeal.
