Disappear

This poem is part of my June 2022 Pride series.

  1. Pinkish hue but it’s not enough.
  2. Dipped in blue yet it still be rough.
  3. Rose sequins but I disappear.
  4. Azure skin yet they miss the queer.
  5. Violet clothes but I’m like a ghost.
  6. Dye yellow yet can’t strike a pose.
  7. Molded mauve but they still say fraud.
  8. Golden wove yet it still seems flawed.
