Day of Saturn

  1. Day of Saturn, one can find
  2. Straddled ’tween both love and time
  3. Neither crest nor trough of wave
  4. After tree and before cave
  5. Long past midnight, not yet noon
  6. Blurred and dim sight, healing wound
  7. Short of glory, not mere flesh
  8. Wrapped gifts during three days’ rest
  9. Hushing thunder, weakening quakes
  10. Finished sigh but not awake
  11. Neither bare nor frivolous
  12. Silence in the chrysalis
  13. Not quite here, yet not quite gone
  14. Mystic dusk and magic dawn
  15. Spicy swaddling, under shroud
  16. Alone in dark, without sound
