But they lost 15,400 the month before, so this is pretty much a wash.
The contract also provides vacation pay, benefits, clothing allowances, and various pay premiums.
Not much else changed in their new collective agreement.
Governments have a lot of power to actually and directly create jobs, and they’re refusing to use that power.
They also want increases to shift premiums, boot allowance, health benefits, and vacation time.
It includes wage increases and changes to probation, pension, and sick leave.
The contracts between the two groups of workers saw very little improvements for workers.
Workers will also see changes to sick leave and night shift premiums.
